General Information

     Dr. Horalek -- I just wanted to thank you and your staff again for the wonderful care and treatment during my recent root canal procedure.  As a patient who admittedly has a very low pain tolerance, I appreciated (beyond any stretch of the imagination) your level of care and attention to patient comfort.  I will look forward to showing you my new and improved tooth at my re-call appointment.

     Thank you for your kindness and most especially for working so quickly to remedy my tooth pain.  I never expected you to act so quickly.  I also must compliment you on the remarkable degree of service.  I could not have asked for finer assistance or treatment.  You all are sharp enough to be honorary Heritage Middle School Patriots!  That's a compliment !  I wish you all the best in your continued excellent treatment and care for the endodontically challenged !
