Appointment Policies
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or swelling, we will see you as soon as possible.
Because we prepare for your specific treatment needs and reserve time for your appointment, please kindly reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Due to the nature of endodontic procedures, considerable time may be required to provide adequate treatment. We give each patient the full, individualized attention needed at every appointment.
Endodontic Emergencies
If you are a current patient and have an after-hours emergency, please call our office at North Raleigh Endodontics Office Phone Number 919-256-3996 and follow the directions you are given.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Please review the information regarding your first visit to learn what to bring to your first appointment with Dr. Horalek. Please also be sure to complete your patient registration forms before your appointment. If you are not able to complete these forms before your appointment, please arrive 15–30 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete them in the office.
